Courtyard Hartford Cromwell

I loved our checkin. The reception was wonderful and the host was fabulous! We dealt with him several times throughout the night. I wish there was more information about available restaurant food within the hotel...like room service. That’s what we wanted. Breakfast seemed to be the only focus. The bed, sheets, pillows and comforter were fabulous! Perfect staycation!❤️

Every staff member we encounter was wonderful and asked/made sure we had and were having a great stay.

The woman working the front desk at check-in was INCREDIBLE. She was very informative and helpful. Had she been there at check-out I would have tipped her. She was amazing and super accommodating.
